I recently got this bike, not (just the picture), and the handlebars are too low for my long legs, I'm not sure how to turn the handlebars to raise, I'm the big nut or bolt or four screws, it can really do not see in the picture you see two of them ...

The machine has a threaded stem direction. The handlebars can be raised.
The 4 screws that hold the direction of the fork stem and the large nut on the top does not just get the game preload can be adjusted.
